Presentation rules

The programme of the conference will be divided into parallel sessions, in accordance with discussed topics. The language of the Conference is English; neither translation nor interpretation will be provided.

 

        Oral presentations:

The time of oral presentations: 

  • for invited papers: 20-25 min for presentation and 5-10 min for questions,
  • for regular papers: 15 min for presentation and 5 min for questions.

     

    The conference rooms will be equipped with a computer, multimedia projector and transparency projector. For computer presentation we provide MS Office 2013 components (Word, Power Point, Excel, Access) and Acrobat Reader. For other software please contact the organizers.


    Poster presentations:

  • the authors presenting their papers at the poster sessions will have at their disposal panels with A0 vertical size. Sticking materials (double-side adhesive tape will be provided by organizers.
  • at least one author must register and pay the conference fee until 16th April and present the poster during the poster session according to the conference programme
  • posters without presenter will be removed and “no show policy” will be applied
  • posters in the morning sessions have to be placed before 9 am and removed between 12.am-12.40am, posters in the afternoon session have to be placed before 1.30 pm and removed after 4.30pm

 

All papers (orals and posters) will be equally taken into consideration
for Young Scientist Contest (EuMA, GAAS, PIT-RADWAR). Please mark your
wish to take part in the contest when registering.

 

Note: if you did not mark it, you can always update your registration (use login and password which has been emailed to you).

 

Notification of non-presented paper policy:

"IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference."
